A combination of rock, funk, Southern swing, dirty metal, and attitude creates the sound of Age of Anchors, CT's hard-hitting grit-rock four piece.

Drawing upon four distinct visions of rock in both its most raw and polished forms, the members of Age of Anchors kick out a set loaded with surprises, interludes, and just plain old hard-hitting, fist-swinging, bar-brawling riffage.

Exploring a wide range of soundscapes, AoA does not settle for "A sound." Rather many sounds are drawn together to surprise the listener - as the ultimate goal of this band is to surprise itself and fulfill a hunger that is not met in mainstream music.
